Laura offers personal sessions tailored to your needs in the comfort of your own home.  This is an excellent way to prepare before you start public class.

The aim of personal classes is to have a tailored class to your needs.  Yoga has many benefits improving our health happiness, awareness, focus, wellbeing, that gives us clarity freshness of mind, greater senses of who we are.  We look more specifically at what would most benefit you and what awareness in postures would most benefit you or which postures you can work on to deal with your specific needs for an example backache.  Realising we can have a happier future, feel less loneliness, nervousness, anxiety, sadness and sorrow.  We can even do Bowen Therapy to fix tension in the body.  Learn a Meditation practice suited to you.

There are so many benefits from a Traditional yoga practice and the wonderful thing is no one is exempted from doing yoga, a practice can be tailored to you even if you are physically challenged in anyway everyone is welcome whatever your level  or ability and we aim to enable you to begin these changes in your life through our sessions.  Make sure you join us.  Make a booking now.

Practice yoga  at home


Plan a home practice suited to your needs.  We do and hour or two on Skype together and then you do this practice.  We will then have four  15 mins follow-up calls to help with any problems that arise from the practice and tips to move forward with your practice.

  • Costs £50
  • Live classes via Skype £10 per class if more than 5 participants

What to wear, what you bring with you:

Yoga is about being comfortable at ease with yourself and the practice, it about paying attention to instruction breath and alignment but not judging yourself or worrying have I got this exactly right.  We develop an inner awareness that allows us to release anxiety and tension in the body which can not be found by forcing another tension.  The teacher is always there to guide you, looking out for you and you are welcome to ask questions.

Do’s & Don’ts

Refrain from eating heavy meals one hour before class and wear loose clothing.  Bring a mat if you have one and warm clothing or a blanket, links on where you can obtain these items and more are located here.
