Yoga for the over 50’s: Thursday 7th May at 10:30am GMT

Yoga for the over 50’s.

Classes include a general warm-up for the ageing body which includes the Otago system to preventing falling. Postures are done in stages so students are able to work within their capabilities. Classes include breath practices and a long yoga Nidra to relax in challenging times.
